Account Manager (MAKO RX)

Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manger to join our healthcare team serving employers and their members across our pharmacy services portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing employer accounts and their associated members' enrollment or participation in our various products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service, communication skills and understand how to collaborate with other clinical team members (nurses, medical assistants, and medical providers) and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Account Manager plays a vital role in educating patients about medication programs, compiling reporting for employers and managing the administrative tasks associated with each account.

Responsibilities
- Comfortable on the phone and email providing cold outreach to eligible employer members and their dependents or family members
- Attend and participate in regular reviews with customers
- Communicate with program partners strategize process improvements
- Organize and maintain up to date patient administrative tasks associated with Pop Health and program databases.
- Compile quarterly reports for accounts and work with customers to compile any specific reporting requests
- Follow up with patients to ensure completion of program processes
- Exhibit problem solving skills to manage questions and requests proactively
- Learn quickly and demonstrate task maturity, completing required tasks independently of others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
