Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Administrative Services Manager - US Clinical. This is an onsite position at our Shawnee, KS facility.

Key Accountabilities
  • Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries for US Clinical and other Americas CRO business units as assigned
  • Generate monthly invoices, expense reports and reconciliations
  • Generate reports as required in NetSuite
  • Be the trusted and "go to" person for US Clinical in relation to assigned tasks
  • Provide administrative services guidance to ensure that milestones are tracked and goals are met among business units assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business related degree
  • 2-3 years experience in large scale operational role
  • Collaborative working style with ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Take a proactive approach to your work
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Take a creative approach to problem solving and strategic thinking
