Your role
During your internship you will act as the support needed for the creative team from project management, clerical maintenance and general help with daily functions such as:

• Support the Fragrance Development team to set up evaluations.
• Odor Booths (book, maintain, purge)
• Responsible for new product smelling sessions and olfactive mappings
• Product closet maintenance/pulling products/pour-offs
• Clerical work ~ entering samples requests as needed.
• Potpourri old samples
• Maintain/Clean Home/Beauty Foamers
• Maintain/Clean Hair Swatches

About you

• Pursuing BS/MS degree in a related field
• Interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
• Ability to work onsite from our Teterboro, NJ location
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), and attention to detail.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected gross hourly rate for this position is USD 15.92 - USD 15.92. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
