Key Responsibilities:
- nalyze business partner operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and identify opportunities to automate processes and functions.
- ssist in business process redesign and documentation for new technology.
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT from initial requirements through final implementation.
- Work with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Support several moderately complex business processes.
- ssist Project Managers with project plans and project planning tools.
- ssume Project Manager responsibilities for smaller projects, including preparing and facilitating project plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions.
- Coach less experienced staff.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of business requirements and corporate priorities.
