As a Bilingual Night Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee manufacturing operations across all departments during the night shift while also performing an assigned secondary operations role. You'll coordinate production activities, support employees, ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements, and communicate updates and concerns to management. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required for this position.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, supplemented by two (2) or more years of experience in a lead role with hands-on technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise multiple departments, delegate responsibilities, set priorities, and effectively motivate personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators, as well as the ability to read drawings and specifications in English. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visual Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, are required. The candidate must be able to work independently with minimal direction, adapt to changing technology, and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 as they relate to the position is expected, with on-the-job training provided. The ability to clearly communicate and understand information in both English and Spanish is required.

What You'll Do
- Supervise all departments on the second shift and assist associates with issues or concerns that arise during the night.
- Ensure employees follow established procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, rules, and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to review production schedules, priorities, supply needs, and any concerns affecting the night shift.
- Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow.
- Assist with training, motivating, and evaluating employees; address deficiencies and collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations matters as needed.
- Complete required administrative and HRIS tasks and provide management with a summary of night shift activities, concerns, and observations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and perform other duties as assigned to support operational and production needs.
