Responsibilities
- Support the execution of scientific studies to advance the development of APIs and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement robust analytical methods utilized throughout various stages of the drug development cycle.
- Conduct release and shelf-life assessments of clinical materials to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Utilize both traditional and advanced analytical tools to analyze pharmaceutical formulations.
- Document all experimental procedures, results, and conclusions with a high degree of organization and technical detail.
- Partner closely with fellow Analytical R&D colleagues to share insights and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and manufacturing timelines.
- Troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation and data analysis techniques to maintain study momentum.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory environment in accordance with industry standards.
- Participate in technical reviews and contribute scientific expertise to team-based problem-solving.
Education
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related scientific field.
Experience
- With a B.S. degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- With an M.S. degree: 0+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with chromatography (LC, GC) method development and karl fischer
- Expiernce with empower is a plus
- Background in spectroscopy and other standard analytical laboratory techniques.
