With significant recent financing and a near-term regulatory milestone ahead, this is a rare opportunity for a physician-scientist or physician-executive to step into a true seat-at-the-table CMO role partnering directly with a highly engaged founder-CEO to build a durable, launch-ready medical organization around a platform-defining story in late-stage biotech.

The ideal candidate brings a foundation in hematology, oncology, or both, with meaningful exposure to bone marrow transplant, cell therapy, or cellular transplant platforms. Experience leading or contributing to an oncology product launch is a strong plus, as is medical affairs leadership this role owns the full medical function and will be instrumental in shaping how this therapy reaches patients at scale.
