**Travel Required (Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana)**

Position Overview

CDx Diagnostics is seeking a Clinical Account Executive (CAE) to promote and support WATS3D, a cutting-edge diagnostic platform for early detection of esophageal precancer. The CAE will drive clinical adoption and operational success across a defined territory, supporting gastroenterology practices of all sizes.

This field-based role combines clinical training, customer support, and sales execution to ensure proper implementation and sustained use of WATS3D. The CAE acts as a key relationship-builder, educator, and problem solver, directly impacting both customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Implementation & Workflow Integration
  • Deliver clinical education and hands-on training for physicians, nurses, and staff.
  • Ensure WATS3D is embedded within the patient care journey, from referral to post-procedure follow-up.
  • Address billing, reimbursement, and workflow logistics to minimize friction.
  • Provide in-office support to troubleshoot adoption and usage issues.
  • Serve as a clinical expert and trusted point of contact across accounts.

2. Territory Support & Sales Execution
  • Partner with RSM to execute tailored territory growth plans.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of new GI practices.
  • Conduct long-cycle sales planning, stakeholder mapping, and volume forecasting.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers, handle objections, and promote adoption.

3. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and staff.
  • Proactively manage client retention and utilization efforts.
  • Collect field insights and share with internal teams to shape strategy.

4. Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and other IT systems.
  • Monitor specimen flow and adherence to collection/billing protocols.
  • Prepare reports, participate in internal initiatives, and attend trade shows.
