The global business services organization within Novocure Poland is critical to Novocure’s efforts to drive process efficiency, standardizations and drive greater business value as the company prepares for future growth.

To support our Global Clinical Operations team from Krakow, Poland we are looking for an:

Clinical Trial Associate - temp

In this role as Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) you are responsible for giving support to a global phase III study. The role is a 6-months temporary position, which might be extended for a permanent contract.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Provides administrative support on assigned clinical trials
• Prepares and submits status updates and internal reports to assess project/program performance and compliance with quality standards
• Performs tracking of trial deliverables, documents, training records, reports, tools, and other study information
• Assists with the development and review of clinical trial documents, tools, study plans and manuals
• Manages routine review of the electronic Trial Master File (currently TMF, moving towards eTMF) and other clinical trial systems (i.e. CTMS, EDC)
• Performs document filing and maintenance of the internal Sponsor TMF/eTMF
• Involved in submissions to EC/HAs

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience, preferably in Life Sciences required
• Minimum of 3 years clinical research industry experience required
• Global trial experience preferred
• Site monitoring experience preferred
• Fluent in English
