We are seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead a Phase III neuro-oncology study across multiple European countries. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong sense of urgency, passion for clinical research, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi-country trials with precision.

The Clinical Trial Manager will oversee all aspects of trial execution:

• Site feasibility, selection, start-up, monitoring, and regulatory submissions
• Budget management and financial oversight
• CRO and vendor management, ensuring contracted deliverables are met
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Risk management, quality oversight, and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of clinical trial experience, including at least two years managing regional studies (Europe preferred)
• Proven ability to coordinate CROs, vendors, and countries in a complex trial environment
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple countries/sites efficiently
• Passion, urgency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
