The Operations Learning Specialist- Compounding works in collaboration with the Operations Learning Consultants to deliver training to Operations staff to enable them to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining and exceeding performance expectations, maintaining the highest quality standards, and following standard operating procedures and processes. In addition, the Operations Learning Specialist Compounding is responsible for being up-to-date and informed on changes to policies, procedures and quality expectations. The operations learning specialist will report to the lab supervisor with a dotted line to the operations learning consultants.

When and where will you work?

• The Operations Learning Specialist position is an onsite position in our Scottsdale AZ facility. The hours will be 1:30 pm- 10:00 pm Monday-Friday.

What you'll do:

• Learn all of the jobs and processes in their specific labs in order to be able to teach others.

• Collaborate with the Operations Learning Consultants and other subject matter experts to devise effective approaches to learning.

• Document, review, audit and make recommendations to the Operations Learning Consultants and the Operations Learning Leader related to standard operating procedures, work & formula instructions, policies & processes.

• Monitor and coach learners throughout the process, as appropriate, to ensure that learning is being applied and performance is continually improving over time.

• Employ sound instructional strategies to create a positive learning experience and enable learners to be successful.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in addressing identified gaps in training.

• Acquire functional knowledge of policies, processes, practices and procedures in order to develop and deliver learning solutions.

What you've done:

• 1- 2 years relevant experience required

• Obtained your AZ Pharmacy Technician License
