Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of all C&Q activities within your scope. The C&Q Manager will oversee the overall quality and technical content of deliverables, ensure adherence to cost and schedule, and manage daily activities of area teams and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality & Technical Oversight: Ensure the quality and technical content of C&Q deliverables meet the highest standards.
• Project Management: Oversee adherence to cost and schedule, managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support area teams and leads, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Interface regularly with the KKNA C&Q governance team, project lead team, and other project teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including reporting on quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Program Delivery: Utilize your extensive program delivery and technical skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge relevant to C&Q processes and systems.
• Project Controls: Strong understanding of project controls, with proven experience in managing projects to schedule and budget.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading project teams, with a focus on delivery and quality.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interface effectively with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project dynamics.

Preferred Experience:

• C&Q Delivery: Proven experience with project team delivery in a C&Q context.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in interfacing with governance teams and project leads for reporting and alignment.
