Job Description
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION TECH - GMP CALIBRATION & CONTROLS
Primary responsibilities:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience working in an Industrial setting with the same or similar equipment as listed above
Strong knowledge of Industrial Electrical and GMP Calibration and Controls
Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills
Must be able to work within teams and individually
Must be able to regularly demonstrate organizational skills
Must have experience coordinating contractors for electrical and controls work
Primary responsibilities:
- Industrial electrical troubleshooting
- Motors, starters, relays, heaters, control circuits, and disconnects
- Eurotherm and similar temperature controllers
- Thermocouples, RTDs, pressure instruments, transmitters, and switches
- Instrument calibration and loop checks
- Electrical schematics and control drawings
- HVAC controls, room-pressure instrumentation, and air-balancing support
- Troubleshooting process-control and utility systems
- Calibration records, out-of-tolerance documentation, and GMP work orders
- Contractor coordination for electrical and controls work
