The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $113k plus benefits. Actual placement within this range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on company, department, and individual performance. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Translate product features and objectives into well-defined concise requirements.
- Contribute to decision making for product features and objectives throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver world class innovative solutions for hospitals, clinicians, and patients around the world.
- Act as day-to-day primary point of contact for any product related technical questions.
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve in day-to-day operations.
- Advocate and drive best practices in the technology that is designed, built, integrated, and tested by Masimo.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Equivalent.
- Experience as a Software Engineer with some technical project management
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Must be passionate about building products that improve the health of individuals and the health of the community.
- Outstanding communication skills, regularly decomposing complex problems and presenting them clearly to the team and executives
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, embedded systems, and/or web technologies.
