What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and support automated production and filling equipment
- Work closely with engineering staff to improve processes and equipment performance
- Partner with equipment vendors to become a subject matter expert on assigned systems
- Assist with equipment validation and implementation of new technologies
- Create and maintain engineering documentation and technical records
- Participate in cross-functional teams focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, productivity, and overall performance
- Help ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
- You take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution
- You stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively
- You communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and vendors
- You bring a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- You remain flexible and focused, even when priorities shift
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role
- Experience working with automated equipment in troubleshooting or process improvement
- Experience with machine vision systems
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Technical training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience with robotics or highly automated manufacturing systems
- Experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar)
- Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
