Position: Financial Analyst
Primary Function:
The incumbent is responsible for developing, maintaining and performing financial and business analysis for the company's key clients, products & services.

Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:
- BioRidge Billing
- Generate billing and Inventory reports
- EDI Transmissions
- Maintain Pricing & Products (QuickBooks, Excel, pricing book and product list)
- Vendor Set up Forms
- Manage and process credit applications (credit app log)
- Run D&B reports
- BioRidge Pricing Analysis (Top/Down)
- Track PO's with manufacturers and manage backorders
- Process credit card payments
- Post payments (checks, ACH & credit card payments)
- Organize returns/credits with manufacturers
- Receive PO's into Inventory (item receipts)
- Monitor inventory
- Track and monitor quarterly orders
- Run daily price comparison report on various molecules
- Daily net impact and credit balance analysis
- Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended ("HIPAA")
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Superior Microsoft Office skills including MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- High degree of initiative and the ability to be self-motivated
- Experience in financial & business analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Public speaking / presentation skills required
- Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
- Tableau skills preferred, but not required
