About the Role
Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Group Facilitator-Coach to deliver psychoeducation and specialty groups that support patients in achieving lasting recovery. You'll receive full training and curriculum to ensure consistent, high-quality care aligned with the RCA Care Model.
In this role, you'll lead 15-20 one-hour groups per week, provide patient coaching, and support with operational needs to maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, evidence-based groups that meet learning goals
- Promote patient participation, safety, and long-term engagement in treatment
- Complete documentation and group notes accurately and on time
- Attend supervision, meetings, and required trainings
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or state-required education minimum
- 2+ years of related experience, preferably in residential treatment
- Maryland CAC-AD, CAC-approved Supervisor License, or A&D Trainee Status preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
