The Health Plan Partnership Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the Health Center (CBWCHC) and managed care healthplans, including provider relations, sales, and marketing teams. This role isresponsible for building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationshipswith health plan partners through orientations on CBWCHC's health services,regular meetings, membership reviews, patient growth monitoring, and marketinginitiatives. The specialist will lead efforts to enhance CBWCHC's visibilitywithin health plans and implement data-driven strategies to maximize patientacquisition and retention.

The specialist will lead efforts to enhance CBWCHC's visibilitywithin health plans and implement data-driven strategies to maximize patientacquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead relationship management with managed care health plans, focusing on membership growth, strategic marketing, and joint co-marketing initiatives
- Provide orientation and guidance on CBWCHC health services to health plan representatives
- Plan and execute collaborative marketing campaigns with health plan partners to increase awareness, engagement, and patient volume
- Conduct high-level meetings with health plan partners to review membership performance, trends, patient growth opportunities, and quality incentive programs
- Analyze patient, membership, and utilization data to inform strategic initiatives and optimize network engagement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and overall access to care
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal leadership and cross-functional teams regarding health plan collaborations, co-marketing efforts, and quality improvement programs
- Track, evaluate, and report key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
- Strong skills in community building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in healthcare partnerships, managed care collaboration, marketing or/and community relations
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, NYS of Health Marketplace products, payer structures, and patient access optimization
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to translate data and market insights into actionable growth strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and healthcare management tools
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications
- Bilingual skills, with a preference for Chinese-speaking preferred, based on on community needs
- Capable of working a flexible schedule, including availability for some evenings and weekends
- Salary: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00 per year
