Job Description
Repligen Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to support our Commercial Operations team. This role will focus on data analytics, CRM optimization, and foundational governance across Salesforce and SAP.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of data, systems, and sales strategy, helping improve how we manage customer data, territories, and commercial execution globally.

Qualifications

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $23/hr. - $27/hr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts. All compensation and benefits information will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & CRM Optimization
- Analyze and assess data quality within Salesforce (accounts, opportunities, leads)
- Identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and gaps across customer and account data
- Develop dashboards and reports to track data quality, pipeline hygiene, and sales activity
- Support ongoing data cleanup initiatives to improve CRM reliability and usability
- Work alongside Inside Sales Leader to provide account intelligence and support the inside sales programs with relevant data and information
- Partner with the Inside Sales Leader to deliver account intelligence and support Inside Sales programs through data-driven insights and actionable analytics
SAP-Salesforce Data Governance
- Assist in evaluating data synchronization between SAP and Salesforce
- Help define governance rules for account creation, ownership, and hierarchy alignment
- Document current-state data flows and recommend improvements for system consistency
- Support the establishment of a scalable data governance framework
Territory & Account Analysis
- Conduct territory analysis to support alignment and coverage optimization
- Assist in defining and validating account hierarchies across global customers
- Partner with Commercial Operations to ensure accurate account segmentation and ownership logic
- Contribute to the design of territory models leveraging Salesforce ETM principles
Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document business processes related to CRM, territory management, and data governance
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Support broader Commercial Operations initiatives as needed (deal desk, reporting, analytics)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Interest in data, systems, and sales operations
- Proficiency in Excel (required); exposure to CRM or ERP systems is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
