- Jr. Packaging Validation Specialist
Description:
The role will provide hands-on support with protocol execution, field verification, functional testing, documentation, and resolution of qualification discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved IOQ protocols for packaging equipment and associated systems
- Perform field verification and functional testing
- Document results in compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices
- Verify equipment components, instrumentation, alarms, interlocks, utilities, and operating parameters
- Identify and document discrepancies or test exceptions
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of qualification issues
- Assist with completion of validation documentation and project milestones
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- 2-4 years of experience in validation, engineering, manufacturing, packaging, or a GMP-regulated environment
- Basic understanding of IQ/OQ/IOQ principles
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment
- Previous exposure to packaging equipment or validation execution is preferred
