Responsibilities:
- Hands-on support to daily manufacturing operations by executing assigned tasks in accordance with cGMP requirements, site SOPs, and safety standards
- Support equipment readiness, material movement, documentation, and area maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations
- Execute assigned manufacturing support activities per approved SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements
- Support equipment setup, breakdown, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization activities
- Perform material staging, movement, and reconciliation of consumables and components
- Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, forms) in real time
- Maintain manufacturing area readiness, including housekeeping, 5S, and visual management standards
- Identify, document, and promptly escalate deviations, discrepancies, safety concerns, or abnormal conditions
- Participate in shift handoffs, daily huddles, and cross-functional communication
- Complete all required training and comply with safety, quality, and data integrity expectations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of work-related experience
- Previous GMP experience
- Dependable execution of assigned tasks in a shift-based, fast-paced environment
- Clear verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, and support teams
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Available for all shifts
