Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team at CHE Behavioral near Hudson, New York. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our team of over 600 mental health professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral health services to older adults in long-term care and rehabilitation centers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Conduct ongoing therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
• Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with industry best practices
