Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Auburn, New York. Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients in long-term care and rehabilitation centers, using evidence-based treatments and approaches
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering patient-centered care and a passion for improving the quality of life for older adults

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Current licensure in the state of New York
