The opportunity

A Licensing Analyst is responsible for managing and overseeing the licensing process within an organization. Sitting within our PharmaLicense team within Two Labs , they ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, review license applications, and communicate with regulatory agencies. They analyze data, conduct research, and provide recommendations on licensing strategies. Additionally, Licensing Analysts may collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

** Candidates must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the United States Eastern Time (EST) zone.**

Role responsibilities
  • Be an integral part of a process operations team accountable for managing the overall application process for multiple clients across multiple states.
  • Act as a knowledge center and resource for internal and external clients regarding state licensing issues.
  • Track and monitor status of multiple submissions across multiple clients; maintain files of resource documents, such as copies of current regulations, open applications and relevant materials.
  • Review and verify information provided in application submissions; provide timely updates to Account Managers outlining submission requirements and deficiencies.
  • Perform frequent interaction with government agencies cultivating extraordinary relationships; advocate on behalf of clients to state regulatory agencies.
  • Provide applicable input and updates to Account Managers to aid in development of client progress reviews and performance update presentations and meetings.
  • Apply principles of records retention program in developing files and closing of a paper and paperless filing protocol.
  • Proactively develop and implement process improvements helping increase team efficiency and capacity.
  • Maintain accurate project records and provide weekly Key Performance Indicator updates to the Vice President of PharmaLicense.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Skills & expertise
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 1 year of compliance/document preparation (e.g., mortgage processing, contracts, grant applications etc.) experience within a regulatory or legal environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize multiple projects in a structured manner.
  • Problem solving and solution oriented mindset, with the ability to think strategically to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail in relation to document preparation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point; SharePoint and Salesforce preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate English language proficiency at C1 level or higher (according to the CEFR framework).

US Salary Range: $24 - $29 per hour
