Your roleMaintenance Technician

Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to support safe, reliable operations. Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and partner with Production to minimize downtime while meeting safety, quality, and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow maintenance instructions, procedures, and supervisor direction.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues; identify parts shortages and potential failures; communicate deficiencies to Maintenance or Production supervisors when production may be impacted.
  • Maintain quality standards for workmanship and productivity.
  • Perform work safely in accordance with site safety requirements; wear and maintain required PPE.
  • Learn and adapt to new duties and functions as needed.
  • Maintain standards set by regulatory requirements, including food safety expectations where applicable.
Food Safety & Quality

Support safe food handling by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP requirements; participate in required training and immediately report food safety or quality concerns.

About youQualifications & Skills

  • General mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
  • Basic electrical knowledge (motors, starters, switches).
  • Ability to monitor equipment performance; analyze problems and implement corrective actions.
  • Preventive maintenance experience and ability to make adjustments and repairs.
  • Ability to assist with repair, construction, and modification of equipment.
  • MIG/TIG welding skills a plus (not required).
