Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Team Development : Builds, coaches, and leads a high-performing field sales team through structured training, real-time feedback, and AI-enabled performance insights that elevate selling capabilities, reinforce accountability, and accelerate quota attainment while aligning individual behaviors to regional and enterprise commercial objectives .
- Performance Management : Establishes clear KPIs, monitors sales metrics through AI-driven dashboards, and conducts disciplined performance reviews to identify gaps, optimize execution, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets across territories.
- Coaching Excellence : Delivers targeted, data-informed coaching using pipeline analytics and customer insights to improve conversion rates, deepen customer engagement, and drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness and team productivity.
Growth Strategy
- Territory Planning : Develops and executes data-driven territory strategies leveraging AI-powered segmentation and opportunity scoring to prioritize high-value accounts, expand compounded prescription volume, and maximize market penetration.
- Pipeline Optimization : Utilizes predictive analytics and CRM intelligence to manage pipeline health, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate deal velocity while ensuring disciplined execution against strategic growth priorities.
- Market Expansion : Identifies and captures new business opportunities through competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and AI-supported insights to position Empower's solutions effectively and expand regional market share.
Operational Execution
- Sales Operations : Ensures disciplined use of CRM platforms, reporting tools, and AI systems to maintain accurate data, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making speed, quality, and scalability across the sales organization.
- Forecast Accuracy : Leads rigorous forecasting processes using advanced analytics and scenario modeling to provide reliable revenue projections and inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Expense Management : Manages budgets and field expenses with operational discipline, leveraging data insights to optimize territory coverage, reduce inefficiencies, and maximize return on commercial investments.
Cross Functional Alignment
- Collaborative Execution : Partners with inside sales, customer service, and leadership teams to align strategies, synchronize pipelines, and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related industries where relationship driven selling is essential.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams, exceeding revenue targets, coaching representatives, and building long - term customer relationships.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of pharmaceutical products, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud) and an ability to manage pipelines, forecasts, and sales analytics.
- Highly adaptable, strategic, and collaborative, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to support field teams, customer meetings, and market development activities.
