Job Title: Sanitation Technician

Location: Lindon, Utah

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powders Sanitation Tech to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, with occasional Fridays required during high volume periods.

Regular: 6:00am-4:30pm

Swing: 4:30pm-3:00am

Shifts Needed: Regular & Swing Shift

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, rooms, and food-contact surfaces.
  • Prepare and use food-grade sanitizers according to company procedures.
  • Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly mixed, labeled, and stored.
  • Follow sanitation schedules and complete assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
  • Support cGMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Assist with general facility cleanliness and sanitation projects.
  • Follow all company sanitation policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous sanitation, janitorial, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and follow sanitation procedures.

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 50 pounds or more as needed.
  • Frequently bend, sweep, mop, and clean hard-to-reach areas.
  • Work in enclosed or confined spaces when required.
  • Stand and move throughout the shift.
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of equipment and production areas.
