Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Communicate incoming product orders (PO) to supply chain and other stakeholders as necessary
- Establish product due dates for all incoming POs and communicate this in under 24 hours to the Customer Account Managers (CAM)
- Maintain and track the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for timelines and forward thinking
- Set expectations for all stage gates
- Manage >96% KPI for on-time delivery to customer
- Be a champion of communication of all blockers to the appropriate stakeholders
- Determine and confirm delivery due dates, in under 24 hours, for all incoming POs from the CAMs (Gathering information for supply chain on timing of all items to complete PO)
- Create the Work Orders (WO) in Biovation Labs MRP system (Oracle/Fishbowl)
- Update the MPS daily to import all new orders
- Modify the MPS to show and change stage gate timelines as needed
- Follow each PO from start to finish to verify timelines are met
- Champion communication of any issues to the CAMs and other stakeholders immediately
- Verify daily, all stage gates of production with the production scheduler
- Update and manage any forecasting models, which may include forecasting in Oracle or an XYZ analysis excel file
- Update Biovation Labs 3-month production plan on a weekly basis
- Communicate requested rush items to all necessary stakeholders, receive necessary approvals from operations leadership, and communicate expected stage gate timelines to production scheduler
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years planning experience required.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- High proficiency with ERP systems
- Experience with nutraceutical solid dose formulas & equipment is preferred
- 4-year bachelor's degree required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assess the needs of multiple departments
- Experience interfacing with customers including speaking and collaboration skills
- Strong presentation skills to upper management/executive members
- Project management certifications - Preferred
- 4-year bachelor's degree - Preferred
- Experience in facility utilizing nutraceutical, solid dose equipment - Preferred
