Position Overview
- Oversee the coordination of intricate schedules and meetings for organizational leadership, facilitating senior-level interactions across organizations to ensure logistical requirements are fulfilled and events proceed without interruption. This encompasses engagements at 1, 2, 3, and 4-star levels, as well as action officer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including partner and customer entities, to comprehend and harmonize with their changing needs and expectations.
- Act as the principal point of contact for addressing operational, administrative, and technical concerns, thereby guaranteeing the smooth functioning of daily activities.
- Exhibit adaptability and perseverance in response to new information and shifting circumstances, thereby securing project continuity and achieving successful results.
- Track and document essential performance indicators.
- Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to diverse organizations within the IC.
- Organize and maintain records and documents.
- Aid in the onboarding process for new officers, ensuring they are granted the necessary accounts and accesses.
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Oversee and replenish office supplies as needed.
Required Skills
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
