Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator / Office Manager to support day-to-day operations for a dynamic customer environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys keeping teams organized, and takes pride in ensuring office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

*This position is located in Springfield, VA but will move to Herndon, VA in Summer 2026.*

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating availability across multiple stakeholders
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional office correspondence and communications
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and cost-effective purchasing practices are followed
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative and office management needs
  • Support general office operations and provide administrative assistance tailored to customer-specific requirements
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance office efficiency and organization

Required Skills

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
  • Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or coordinator role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting government or customer-specific environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
