Total Compensation:
QED offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employees. Our total compensation package is value-based and negotiable depending upon the candidate's specific skills and applicable relevant experience.
Benefits include:
Estimated Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00, annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. This represents the typical range for fully qualified candidates for this position based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. The final offer amount may vary.

Duties:
- Provide direct administrative support to government leadership, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Analyze administrative and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with mission objectives.
- Collect, validate, and maintain data sets to support operational reporting, metrics tracking, and leadership decision-making.
- Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor program performance and workflow status.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing office procedures, SOPs, and internal guidance.
- Serve as a liaison between internal offices, external partners, and contractor personnel to ensure alignment and communication.
- Assist with the preparation of briefings, taskers, and deliverables for senior leadership review.
- Conduct research and compile findings on operational, policy, or program-related topics to support leadership inquiries.
- Assist in budget planning, execution, and tracking, including monitoring expenditures and reconciling financial data.
- Support procurement and acquisition-related activities, including requisition tracking and coordination with contracting personnel.
- Maintain budget trackers and provide status updates, identifying variances and potential risks.
- Support special projects and initiatives by coordinating schedules, milestones, and deliverables across government and contractor teams.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare, review, and format correspondence, briefings, reports, and official documentation in accordance with DoD standards.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel documentation (e.g., authorizations and vouchers) in compliance with government policies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely routing, tracking, and response.
- Maintain organized records, files, and correspondence in accordance with federal records management requirements.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including conference room scheduling, secure access, agenda preparation, and capturing/distributing meeting minutes and action items.
- Handle sensitive and/or classified information with discretion and in accordance with security protocols (as applicable).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience with common office equipment, e.g., copiers, projectors, and printers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced use of Teams for collaboration and Outlook for communication and scheduling.
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal instruction and supervision.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or 2-year Technical School and at least four (4) years of related experience required.
- Fifteen (15) years' experience or experience as Military rank of E4 or higher may substitute for education requirement.
