We are seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Oncology Supervisor - Key Accounts to oversee specialty oncology pharmacy operations and clinical services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding service for key healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of oncology-focused pharmacy technicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, clinical protocols, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Drive operational excellence and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Oversee medication therapy management, dispensing processes, and quality assurance programs.

Qualifications:
• Pharmacy Technician Degree and active pharmacy license.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience; oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of oncology medications and treatment regimens.
• Proven leadership experience in team supervision and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (CPR+ preferred).
