ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services
• Develops procedures for office activities, such as filling, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing and mail distribution
• May assist in or conduct hiring and training of office staff
• May assist in or conduct performance evaluations for staff members
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, affirmative action, safety, drugs and medical waste disposal
• Supervises the employees and the workflow of the office
• Duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically requires 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years of management experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.

DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
