• Previous experience in customer service

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate assistance for patients with high copays or financial constraints
• Process applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs
• Maintain frequent communication with physicians, patients, and pharmacy staff
• Educate and guide on program eligibility and application requirements
• Accurately document and track each case using the CPR+ platform
