About the Opportunity
The Patient Service Representative Admin is the primary scheduler and dispatcher of the MAKO Patient Service Representative (PSR) team for mobile collections. They will use their knowledge of the PSR process and reports to create daily and weekly schedules. They must also be able to comprehend reports and make recommendations about where improvements might be made

A Day in the Life
- Effectively schedule and maintain PSR mobile draws, ensuring enough people are staffed over nights and weekends and everyone is given their allotted hours for mobile collections.
- Answer calls and communicate with PSR team to effectively schedule patient draws
- Ensures that MAKO objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met.
- Multitask and provide quick responses to PSR service problems.
- Shift resources and ensure that PSRs and resources most effectively used when unforeseen issues arise.
- Provide immediate responses to PSR and client issues.
- Work under the directions of the Territory PSR Supervisor
