Pharmacy Customer Service Specialist

You're so much more than a cashier! You'll be one of the first friendly faces our patients see and an important part of their pharmacy experience. From helping customers and answering questions to supporting our pharmacy team and keeping things moving, you'll be making a difference every single day!
What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist customers with friendly, professional service
• Process prescription and store merchandise payments
• Help customers navigate prescription wait times and pharmacy services
• Become familiar with pharmacy computer systems and workflow
• Process prescription bags and prepare courier manifests
• Assist with DME rental and purchase paperwork and answer basic equipment questions
• Promote pharmacy programs and services to customers
• Keep your work area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking procedures
• Learn and follow all applicable pharmacy rules and regulations
• Support the pharmacist and pharmacy team wherever needed

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Previous cashier experience preferred, especially in a pharmacy or retail setting
• Willing to register as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee through the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Evening and Weekend availability
