We're seeking dynamic Nationally Certified or Licensed Pharmacy Technicians to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Salary range: $17-$20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour shift starting between 6:00 am - 8:00 am and rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment
  • Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
  • Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
  • Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues
  • Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking
  • Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks
  • Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling
  • Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and "owes" processing
  • Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
  • Must adhere to Clarest's Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ohio Pharmacy technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing)

  • Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
