Hours: Monday - Friday, with 8-hour shifts scheduled within the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Travel up to 10 weeks per calendar year

• Accurately and efficiently enter new or refill orders
• Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections
• Properly handle order exceptions such as refill-too-soon, invalid orders, etc.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and peers
• Achieve or exceed productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must possess national PTCB certification and able to acquire a Texas license and other necessary licenses immediately upon hire
• 3+ years of order entry experience using FrameworkLTC, and DocuTrack, or ECM experience
• Type an average of 50 wpm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can meet order deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Understands basic pharmacy language to interpret prescriptions
• Can perform pharmacy calculations
• Is available for occasional overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to withstand long hours of computer screen time
• Repetitive motion deskwork
