Physical Therapist (Pediatric) - Fayetteville, NC

Alphanumeric is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in Fayetteville, NC, with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually ($33.65 - $40.87/hour), depending on experience

Position Summary:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with a variety of developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, coordination, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, educators, and caregivers to support patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Bachelor's Degree accepted only if obtained through a transitional accreditation pathway.
• Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
