Join Our Team as an Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient team. As one of the nation's oldest community health centers, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to the communities we serve. Our Physicians, APRNs, and PAs-work collaboratively to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Position Summary:

The Internal Medicine Physician delivers high-quality, evidence-based medical care using sound clinical judgment and best practice standards. This role provides care within the full scope of licensure, training, and credentialing. Experience with pain management and EPIC is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. A passion for serving underserved populations is essential.

Qualifications:

Education: Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of Residency training from an accredited institution. CPR Certification is required.

Experience: Board Certification or Board Eligibility. (Board certification must be attained within the timeframe dictated by one's specialty in order to remain on staff at the CS-HHC if one was originally board-eligible at the time of one's hire.) Connecticut Licensure. Admitting privileges at Yale-New Haven Hospital, HSR, and/or Griffin Hospital as indicated.
