The opportunity

We are building our Principal Consultant Talent Community within Strategic Consulting, focused on senior experts in Commercial Strategy, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development.

As a Principal Consultant, you will lead and support high-impact client engagements, providing strategic insight, research, and analytical excellence. You'll collaborate closely with clients to design and deliver solutions that drive success across key biopharma functions, including Commercial Strategy, Patient Advocacy, Medical Affairs, Corporate Development, and Clinical Development.

You will bring strong analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office tools, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment. As a trusted advisor, you'll help shape strategies that advance innovation and improve outcomes across the global healthcare landscape.

Role responsibilities

How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?

• Deliver annual individual sales of $1M-$1.5M, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Lead and manage multiple project teams (5-8 consultants) to deliver high-quality, insight-driven client engagements.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Oversee proposal development, ensuring timely, actionable, and high-impact solutions aligned with client needs.
• Cultivate client relationships, following up post-project to ensure satisfaction and explore future partnership opportunities.
• Expand industry presence by developing and maintaining a strong network within the biopharma sector.
• Contribute to firm leadership by helping set strategic direction, strengthen culture, and support continued organizational growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to anticipate client challenges and identify emerging opportunities.
• Enhance market visibility through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and active client engagement.
• Lead and develop talent by mentoring, coaching, and supporting team members through performance reviews and professional development.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Strong academic background, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant graduate qualification preferred).
• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, demonstrating consistent career progression.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
• Deep understanding and passion for the life sciences and healthcare industries.
• Exceptional client relationship skills, with experience building long-term partnerships, driving repeat business, and achieving high satisfaction among senior stakeholders.
