Principal – Value Communications (UK)

Job Description
We have an opportunity for a talented Principal to join our team of highly knowledgeable and credible HEOR, Market Access and Pricing professionals in any of our UK locations, including fully remote. With a focus on evidence synthesis and value communications, this key and pivotal role will work closely with our clients to provide strategic consultation on how best to differentiate their product and demonstrate value over standard of care in light of the evidence. The Principal - Value Communications role will work closely with the project team in delivering valuable and actionable insights for our client base.
This role requires the ability and willingness to travel for internal meetings, client meetings, and business development needs up to 20% of the time.
Role responsibilities
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Ability to manage a diverse range of value communication projects, such as; global value dossiers, AMCP and HTA dossiers, Payer Value decks, Objection Handlers and HEOR publications.
- Provide strategic oversight for all client-facing activities.
- Lead all aspects of the value communications portfolio of work, including consultations with clients, key strategic/alignment meetings, and regular internal meetings to provide support to senior consultants, consultants and medical writers as appropriate.
- Demonstrable up-to-date expert knowledge of the therapeutic area(s), client and competitor product(s), the market, and the compliance/regulatory environment (general and client-specific).
- Support the development and growth of the team to be content experts on the product, disease state and therapeutic category.
- Responsible for generating annual individual sales in the range of $0.5M - $1M, by establishing/maintaining ongoing client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
- Participating in pitch presentations, leading the development of proposals resulting in a winning of bid/execution of project - drafting of needs assessments and project proposals to a high standard, with responsibility for project budget, deliverables, timelines and identification of scope expansion.
- Growth of the existing client base, identifying new client opportunities to meet revenue targets on an annual basis.
- Focus on high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for follow on work.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on thought leadership initiatives to enhance awareness in the marketplace.
- Help to direct strategic vision for the Value & Access business unit.
- Embrace and cultivate positive team dynamics and continue the development of the overall culture in alignment with the Envision vision and mission
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- Ideally qualified to PhD level in a Health Sciences field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Extensive demonstrable experience of leading and developing high quality strategic value communication projects with pharma clients, that lead to organic growth
- Knowledge and experience in developing value narratives, value messaging, value and access strategy to support clients with Access globally.
- Successful track record of building and leading a team.
