Home Clinic: Liberty with extra hours available at our other KC metro clinics!
Schedule: Consistent PRN hours at our Liberty Clinic Tuesday - Thursday 8a - 6p and Friday 730a - 5p

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
- Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates
- Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC's patient-first values
- An excellent communicator - in person, over the phone, and everywhere in between
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic
- A true team player with a can-do attitude
- Willingness to float to other DIC locations for PTO and coverage needs
- High school diploma required
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
