Schedule: Consistent PRN hours at our Liberty Clinic Tuesday - Thursday 8a - 6p and Friday 730a - 5p

We're looking for a PRN Front Desk / Patient Representative who thrives on helping others, brings positivity to the team, and adapts with ease when floating to our nearby clinics.
What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and provide accurate cost estimates
• Manage daily schedules and appointment confirmations
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects DIC's patient-first values

What We're Looking For

• An excellent communicator - in person, over the phone, and everywhere in between
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic
• A true team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to float to other DIC locations for PTO and coverage needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
