Company Overview

ConcertAI is building the future of precision medicine. We use advanced artificial intelligence and real-world data to transform how healthcare and life sciences generate evidence, make decisions, and improve patient outcomes-starting in oncology and rapidly expanding across therapeutic areas. Our teams partner with the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, providers, and research organizations to solve some of healthcare's most complex challenges.

At the core of our innovation is CaraAI, our next-generation AI platform that unlocks powerful insights from complex clinical, imaging, and molecular data. Combined with our Precision Suite-which unifies real-world data, advanced analytics, and scalable evidence generation-these solutions are transforming how clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization decisions are made.

ConcertAI brings together a portfolio of purpose-built solutions, including TeraRecon, an industry leader in advanced imaging and AI-driven visualization, and CancerLinQ, the ASCO-originated oncology platform advancing care quality and large-scale discovery.

Joining ConcertAI means working alongside bold thinkers, builders, and healthcare experts on innovative, high-impact products that directly improve patient lives. You'll be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization at the forefront of AI-enabled healthcare, with meaningful opportunities for growth and leadership.

Role Summary

ConcertAI is seeking a dynamic, clinically sophisticated Product Management Lead to own and evolve our Precision Launch Program-a flagship, enterprise-scale offering that helps large pharma better understand more than ever before how, why and when their new therapeutics are being used in the real world.

This role is accountable for the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of Precision Launch, ensuring that clinical insights, analytics, and digital experiences drive measurable impact for both pharmaceutical partners and healthcare providers. You will sit at the intersection of oncology, data science, and commercial execution, translating complex clinical and real-world data into scalable, actionable product capabilities.

As Product Management Lead, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Pharma commercial teams and Provider Networks, shaping how precision oncology insights are productized, delivered, and adopted. Your leadership will directly influence how real-world evidence informs launch strategy and how ConcertAI differentiates itself as a trusted innovation partner to Large Pharma through deeper insights.

This role operates at the crossroads of science, technology, and healthcare delivery, with ownership over product vision, stakeholder alignment, and long-term platform evolution.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Precision Launch Program, aligned to ConcertAI's commercial and clinical objectives.
  • Translate Large Pharma launch goals into clear product requirements, features, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize roadmap investments based on customer value, clinical relevance, scalability, and commercial impact.
  • Define product KPIs and outcomes tied to insights, engagement, and therapeutic impact.

Product Development & Delivery

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Project Management to deliver high-quality analytics, dashboards, and clinical insights.
  • Lead product discovery and requirement definition-from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Ensure solutions meet technical, regulatory, and clinical rigor, particularly in oncology and precision medicine use cases.
  • Oversee product governance, risk management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure predictable delivery.

Clinical & Scientific Product Leadership

  • Serve as a clinical and scientific translator, incorporating oncology expertise and real-world clinical workflows into product design.
  • Facilitate bi-directional feedback between clinicians, pharma partners, and internal teams to continuously refine care-gap analytics and insights.
  • Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leaders to ensure product credibility and relevance.
  • Represent ConcertAI and the Precision Launch product at industry and medical conferences as a subject-matter expert.

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

  • Collaborate with Provider Network stakeholders (Clinical Leadership, Quality, Digital Transformation, IT, and Oncology KOLs) to drive engagement.
  • Lead roadmap reviews, strategy sessions, and feedback forums with customers and internal teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Clinical Transformation teams to support activation, training, and sustained utilization.

Operational Excellence & Scale

  • Build repeatable product frameworks and playbooks to scale Precision Launch across multiple pharma partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops and performance insights.
  • Support internal enablement by mentoring teams and codifying best practices.
  • Maintain accountability for product financial performance, scope management, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred (MS, MPH, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
  • 10-12+ years of experience in product management, healthcare technology, oncology, or precision medicine.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise healthcare or life sciences products, ideally with Large Pharma partners.
  • Deep understanding of oncology workflows, provider engagement models, and launch dynamics.
  • Strong background in data-driven healthcare products, analytics, and real-world evidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent clinical and scientific literacy with the ability to translate complexity into product value.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption at scale.
