Compensation
$19.00+ based on experience per hour

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow production schedules and keep work moving on time
- Assist with formulation and packaging of animal health products
- Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Support inventory and order fulfillment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Experience in production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math
- Clear communication and a team-first mindset
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift experience preferred, willingness to become certified required
- Lockout/tagout experience preferred
- Experience in feed, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to learn, train others, and step in where needed
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
