Job Summary:

The incumbent Develops and manages finite scheduling activities in support of Manufacturing operations. Coordinates with MFG staff to ensure schedule accuracy. Submits material work plans via requests from Manufacturing managers, as requested. Coordinates with Facilities, Maintenance, and other entities to incorporate key support activities into the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a finite scheduling system in support of the daily/weekly production schedule.
  • Ensure program requirements within the production schedule reflect the process via coordination with Manufacturing (MFG) and Manufacturing Sciences (MS).
  • Coordinate schedule changes with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Sciences and Supply Chain staff and escalate issues as necessary to ensure seamless production execution.
  • Manage the 3-Month schedule look-ahead for production and adjust accordingly per long-term production schedule.
  • Manage weekly schedule meeting with key staff members.
  • Support coordination of material plan work orders in support of production readiness for upstream and downstream Manufacturing teams.
  • Integrate key Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Facility Response (FR) activities into the production schedule in support of minimal interruption to Manufacturing operations via coordination with Facilities and MFG staff.
  • Develop and communicate schedule adherence Key Performance Indicators (Monthly KPIs).
  • Create and manage Manufacturing support requests (e.g. environmental monitoring schedule)
  • Initiate, track, and close material supplier complaints with SQM team.
  • Directly assist MFG manager and Specialist teams when requested. (e.g. documentation reviews)

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of associate's degree required; B.S./B.A. preferred
