Duties and Responsibilities
- Designs and executes comprehensive daily and weekly production schedules to ensure the efficient and timely completion of compounding operations, validation processes, preventive maintenance, and calibration activities, while rigorously tracking project progress to guarantee alignment with production objectives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Operations Planning, Quality Assurance, and Materials Management, to coordinate resources and maintain optimal production flow.
- Monitors inventory levels and coordinates with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary materials, preventing production delays.
- Identifies and addresses production challenges, reallocating resources as needed to maintain schedule adherence and maximize efficiency.
- Analyzes production data and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing productivity and supporting the organization's mission to provide quality, affordable medications.

Knowledge and Skills
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to dynamic environments, and drive results under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in production planning software, enterprise resource planning systems, and advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and supply chain principles.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or operations planning within the pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing industry.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
- For 503A, a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Technician Trainee certification is required, with Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred; for 503B, Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
