Now Hiring Production Technicians:

• Night Shift: Starting at $16.30/ - $20.08 per hour based on years of manufacturing experience AND $1.50/hr shift differential
• New Hire Bonus: $750
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts in a clean, climate-controlled environment

Schedule Details:

• Night Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule: Work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, then flip the schedule weekly.

What We're Looking For:

• We value applicants with a proven track record of reliability and steady employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related work is a plus
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills
• Team players who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on role
