Position Summary

The Production Technician supports manufacturing operations in an FDA and cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating equipment, supporting production processes, and ensuring quality and compliance with established procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a team-based, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production activities in compliance with FDA and cGMP standards
  • Operate, clean, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Load/unload and package IV bags
  • Move materials, including pallets
  • Complete cleaning tasks and document activities in logbooks
  • Accurately record batch data using good documentation practices
  • Assist across production lines or departments as needed
  • Complete required training on time
  • Follow all safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience in a regulated (FDA/cGMP) environment preferred

Skills
  • Basic mechanical/technical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to follow procedures and work under supervision
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and light physical activity
  • Work in a production/manufacturing environment with standard safety requirements
