Pinnaql is a trusted consulting partner to regulated life sciences companies, providing deep technical, validation, and quality expertise across every stage of the product lifecycle. We partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate project timelines, and maintain a strong state of compliance and audit readiness.
We are currently seeking a Project Controls Support consultant who will support the Automation Program Office for a large scale capital project in Lebanon, IN. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, but will require occasional travel for onsite work. (5 days every 2 months on average)

The purpose of this role is to support the Automation Program Management Office in the following areas:
- Cost and budget tracking including scope changes
- Risk Tracking
- Issue Tracking
- Reporting
- Project Communication
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive automation project cost tracking (resources, vendors, hardware, software etc.)
- Track changes to project automation budget and cumulative costs
- Analyze cost variances using earned value management methods
- Prepare cash flows, trends, and cost forecasts
- Support preparation of cost estimates for project gate reviews
- Generation of monthly reports to stakeholders
- Management of a centralized issue tracking system and metrics dashboard
- Administration of project automation integrated change control
- Maintain project automation centralized risk registry
- Support project wide communications
- Support organization and delivery of training modules and events
- Support project automation schedule management
Role Requirements:
- 3+ years working experience in providing project management support
- Previous Pharmaceutical large project experience
- Experience in supporting automation projects
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Knowledge of P6 and MS Project
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
